介质对声波的衰减引起超声声场分布特性变化,对超声检测,尤其是声衰减较大介质的超声检测工艺设计影响很大,本文针对铸件和锻件圆盘直探头超声检测,理论计算了考虑介质的声衰减时,圆盘声源辐射声场的分布特性,与目前工艺设计中不考虑介质的声衰减得到的声场分布特性对比,发现考虑介质的声衰减后,圆盘声源辐射声场的近场区长度变小,远场指向性不变.本文的研究为超声检测工艺设计具有指导意义.
