现代汉字研究的术语中,"字形"一词的内涵与外延均不够清晰,并因此导致相关研究的概念基础不一致,难以形成真正的讨论,对于解决汉字形体研究的问题不利.文章梳理了不同来源的"字形"定义,有的是国家规范标准的术语,如《信息处理用GB13000.1字符集汉字部件规范》;有的是权威部门的解释,如科技名词审定委员会提供的术语解释;有的引自学术影响很大的著作,如裘锡圭《文字学概要》、王宁《汉字构形学讲座》等.文章

现代汉字研究的术语中,"字形"一词的内涵与外延均不够清晰,并因此导致相关研究的概念基础不一致,难以形成真正的讨论,对于解决汉字形体研究的问题不利.文章梳理了不同来源的"字形"定义,有的是国家规范标准的术语,如《信息处理用GB13000.1字符集汉字部件规范》;有的是权威部门的解释,如科技名词审定委员会提供的术语解释;有的引自学术影响很大的著作,如裘锡圭《文字学概要》、王宁《汉字构形学讲座》等.文章对这些定义、概念的内涵层次和外延范围作了进一步阐释.文章认为,目前关于"字形"的定义通常根据应用的范畴来确定,各有各的具体指向,但也有相同之处可供总结提炼.文章将"字形"与相关概念——也是容易混用的概念——"字体""笔形""部件"等加以对比,结合具体问题,从不同角度分析界定这几个概念不同的侧重,并建立其间的联系.

由时当中国唐代的日僧释空海撰写的《篆隶万象名义》是一部重要的汉语中古字书。《名义》日部云:“旵，昌字。”根据这条注释，“旵”应理解为“昌”之异。但由于此说本身没有提供坚实的证据，故其多不为后世字书取信，专门研究《名义》的学者也多将其视作误书。笔者认为，《名义》所谓“旵，昌字”之说，可能并非空海杜撰，而是原本《玉篇》的本来记录。通过查核地下出土的写本文字资料，可以为这种记录提供切实佐证。“旵”，《说
