军队院校电气类教师专业素质构成与发展研究

本文对军队院校电气类教师专业素质的构成与发展进行了研究.首先对教师的专业素质的构成进行了科学的界定,将教师专业素质划分为专业基本素质、专业转化能力、专业拓展能力三个层面,对各个层面包含的要素及其相互关系进行了分析;其次从不同角度入手,深入分析了电气类教学对军校教师专业素质发展的要求;并在此基础上,从政策机制、多渠道培养以及自主发展等方面出发,提出了军队院校电气类教师专业素质发展策略,健全政策机制,确保教师专业素质的健康发展,加强多渠道培养,构建教师专业素质发展的平台,启发自觉意识,寻求教师专业素质的自主发展,最后提出了运用指标综合值评估法进行教师专业素质发展评价的构想.
