Since the reform and opening up,Chinese family business has developed rapidly based on its own strengths,and become the main body of Chinese private enterprises.With the development of economic globalization and industrial localization,Chinese family business has joined in the world competition to some extent,and become a major point of Chinese foreign trade.This paper focuses on the transnational management of family business.
