  It is a trend for enterprises to carry out transformation and upgrading. In design education, it is necessary to explore the reform and development trend of the mode of training interdisciplinary compound innovation talents. This paper further explores the mode of training multidisciplinary design talents, which emphasizes research and practical implementation of an innovation teaching system combing industry, university and research. Training of interdisciplinary compound innovation talents mainly aims at interconnection of universities and enterprises, interconnection of disciplines and specialties, practical interconnection of courses, being both a teacher and an engineer, interconnection of theory and practice and so on. This paper demonstrates that training interdisciplinary compound talents in design education is an availability path to provide qualified talents for economic construction and enterprise development.
