Objective To investigate the effects of water supplementation on cognitiveperformances and mood among male college students in Cangzhou,China.Methods A total of 68 male college students aged 18-25 years completed the randomizedcontrolled trial.The subjects were randomly assigned into the water-supplementationgroup (WS group,n=34) and no water-supplementation group (NW group,n=34) afterfasting for 12 hour without food and water.
