本论文主要开展了冷变形和后续热处理对优质高强GH2132合金组织、性能影响的研究,试验结果表明,在面缩率10%~40%范围内均可得到内外性能均匀的冷拉棒;然而随着冷拉变形量的增加,棒材强度和硬度提高,而塑性逐步显著降低;在合理控制冷拉形变强化效果的基础上通过采用直接时效处理的工艺手段可以得到强度达到1100MPa级别而塑性仍然优良的优质GH2132合金棒材。
