在传统的救护车选址模型中,大多是单纯的最大化服务水平或者保证一定的服务水平最小化所用到的救护车数量,本文将打破这种传统的衡量标准,将碳排放作为一个新的考量指标考虑在内,建立了一个在预算约束下服务水平最大化、救护车运营费用最小化的双目标优化选址模型,并进行算例分析.
