为了适应智能电网的发展方向和智能变电站对安全稳定控制装置的新要求,根据数字化变电站就地数字化的特点,研究了基于数字化变电站的安全稳定控制装置过程层数据通信。在基于IEC61850的数字化变电站环境下,安全稳定控制装置作为跨间隔设备需要接入的大量的过程层数据,其技术难点在于跨间隔采样值的接入和来自多方向的GOOSE信号的处理,针对这一技术难点,提出了采用集中分层式处理结构及高性能实时嵌入式操作系统的解决方法,并给出了采样值接入和GOOSE数据收发的具体实施方案。现场运行结果表明此方案能够满足数字化变电站对稳定控制装置的需求。
In order to adapt to the development direction of smart grid and the new requirements of intelligent substation for safety and stability control devices, according to the digitization characteristics of digital substation in situ, the process-level data communication of safety and stability control device based on digital substation was studied. In the IEC61850-based digital substation environment, the safety and stability control device, as a large amount of process layer data to be accessed across span devices, has technical difficulties in accessing inter-bay sample values and processing GOOSE signals from multiple directions. A technical difficulties, put forward the use of centralized hierarchical processing structure and high-performance real-time embedded operating system solution, and gives the sample access and GOOSE data transceiver specific implementation. The result of on-site operation shows that this scheme can meet the demand of stable substation control device.
