目的:研究桂枝挥发油对脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导的内毒素中毒小鼠模型的保护作用及机制.方法:将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、LPS组、地塞米松组(5 mg/kg)及0.174 g/kg、0.348 g/kg桂枝挥发油组.除地塞米松组外,药物组动物灌胃给予相应剂量的桂枝挥发油(0.2 mL/10g),空白对照组和LPS组给予等体积的0.3%吐温溶液,连续给药5天.

目的:以THP-1细胞为载体,体外观察荆芥挥发油的抗炎作用,以期进一步拓展荆芥挥发油抗炎作用机制的阐释,为其治疗"表证"的临床运用提供科学依据.方法:①以THP-1细胞为载体,采用MTS法测定THP-1细胞生长曲线,台盼蓝法对THP-1细胞活力进行测定;②采用佛波酯(PMA)将THP-1细胞诱导成为M0型巨噬细胞,再经LPS刺激使之转化为M1型巨噬细胞,并考察药物及药物溶剂DMSO对细胞的毒性作用
目的:荆芥为临床常用解表药,挥发油为其主要有效部位,前期研究表明荆芥挥发油抗炎作用良好,作用机制与影响花生四烯酸代谢、抗氧化、抑制促炎因子生成等有关,为其解表祛邪之功效提供了一定科学依据.脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)作为内毒素的主要成分,在感染性疾病的病理进程中发挥重要作用.
