高模量碳纤维在我国宇航结构产品上的应用现状及实现自我保障的建议

  高模量碳纤维复合材料具有比刚度高、尺寸稳定性好、耐烧蚀性强及可整体设计等优异特性,在宇航结构产品上的应用比例不断增大。其增强体高模量碳纤维属于战略关键材料,国外对我国实行严格的技术封锁与战略物资禁运,实现该材料的自我保障对我国国防建设与航天事业发展具有重要的战略与实践意义。本文首先重点介绍了高模量碳纤维在我国宇航结构产品上的应用现状及需求,其次阐述了高模量碳纤维的特点、制备工艺、技术瓶颈及研究现状等。最后分析了现阶段我国高模量碳纤维发展存在的主要问题,并有针对性的提出了实现自我保障的建议。
