硅胶是应用最为广泛的液相色谱固定相基质,制备方法主要有溶胶-凝胶法、聚合诱导胶体聚集法、喷雾干燥法及模板法等.最近Meyer、江必旺等人提出了一种以高分子微球模板法制备单分散多孔SiO2 微球的新方法.
