针对含钒高氮高强耐候钢成分中V、N元素含量较高,且碳含量处在包晶反应区,浇铸过程中容易产生皮下网状裂纹缺陷的问题,在分析缺陷原因以及钢种浇铸对保护渣特殊要求的基础上,从保护渣结晶性能、润滑性能和配碳模式3个方面设计开发了适应该类钢种浇铸的结晶器保护渣理化性能指标。从现场推广应用效果来看,浇铸拉速由原来的0.70~0.75 m/min提高到0.90~0.95 m/min,保护渣液渣层厚度控制在9~11 mm,消耗量控制在0.45~0.65 kg/t,Q450NQR1高强耐候钢铸坯表面无缺陷率达到90.14%,热轧板卷起层缺陷率由41.29%降至4.24%。
In view of the fact that the contents of V and N in the high vanadium-bearing high-strength and high-strength weathering steels are high and the carbon content is in the peritectic reaction zone, the submerged mesh crack defects tend to occur in the casting process. Based on the special requirements of mold flux, the physical and chemical properties of mold fluxes for mold casting of this kind of steel are designed and developed from the aspects of crystallizing properties, lubricating properties and carbon distribution modes of mold flux. From the field to promote the application effect, casting speed from the original 0.70 ~ 0.75 m / min increased to 0.90 ~ 0.95 m / min, flux slag layer thickness control in 9 ~ 11 mm, consumption control in the 0.45 ~ 0.65 kg / t, Q450NQR1 high-strength weathering steel slab surface defect-free rate reached 90.14%, hot-rolled rolled layer defect rate decreased from 41.29% to 4.24%.
