目的 研究1-磷酸神经鞘氨醇(S1P)协同骨骼肌成肌细胞移植治疗急性心肌梗死的作用,为其临床应用打下基础。方法:结扎大鼠冠状动脉前降支建立急性心肌梗死模型,分别将无血清培养基、骨骼肌成肌细胞、导入S1P 的骨骼肌成肌细胞、导入脂质体的骨骼肌成肌细胞注射到梗死区,24 h 和48 h 后检测移植细胞的凋亡,4 周后检测心脏功能、心肌梗死面积变化,以阐明转基因骨骼肌成肌细胞对急性心肌梗死的治疗作用。
