Zearalenone (ZEN) is a non-steroidal estrogenic mycotoxin that is produced by a variety of Fusarium fungi that grow on cereal grains.The objectives of this study were to determine the effects of a high dose and early gestational exposure to ZEN in female Sprague- Dawley (SD) rats,to correlate maternal uterus with fetus,and to explore development and malformation of fetuses.
