摩拉水牛和尼里/拉菲水牛PRKAA2基因第四外显子的SNPs检测

为研究水牛PRKAA2基因第四外显子多态性,本研究以广西水牛研究所的摩拉水牛和尼里拉菲水牛为材料,扩增其PRKAA2基因第四外显子,并通过常规测序法检测其SNPs.经测序发现,在实验所扩增的目的片段内包含有PRKAA2第三内含子部分序列,且在此部分序列内存在3个SNP位点(IVS3.557T>C,IVS3.560C>T,IVS3.565G>A).而在PRKAA2第四外显子内存在1个SNP位点(c.462G>A).经遗传多样性分析后表明在水牛PRKAA2第三内含子及第四外显子的多态较为丰富.
