The 21 st century is an era when the competitions for talents become fiercer and fiercer.With economic globalization and social development,human resources turn out to be crucial in many aspects.In China the demands for management talents and the management of talents are reaching a new high level in both quality and quantity.This paper analyzes the features of human resources management and the present situation of China,points out the existing problems and challenges,and proposes some measures concerned.
