带状电子注能否稳定传输往往是决定带状注真空电子器件成败的关键之一,本文通过对不同的周期磁聚焦结构(包括周期会切磁场(PCM)、带偏转磁极的周期会切磁场(offset-pole PCM)、Wiggler磁场三种)进行研究,通过CST三维电磁场仿真软件的仿真,对它们所产生的周期性磁场以及对带状电子束的约束能力进行对比研究,再探讨影响周期磁聚焦系统的磁场以及约束电子能力的因素。
It is often one of the keys to determine the success or failure of the strip-shaped vacuum-injected electronic devices. In this paper, the periodic magnetic field (PCM), the periodical magnetic field (offset-pole PCM and Wiggler magnetic field). The simulation of CST three-dimensional electromagnetic field simulation software is used to study the periodic magnetic field produced by them and the restraint ability of the ribbon electron beam. Focus the magnetic field of the system and the factors that constrain the electron’s ability.
