To investigate the advantage and disadvantage of endoscope assisted surgery breast diseases in order to assess the feasibility．METHODS：Since 2006，20 patients with breast cancea benign tumor,polyacrylamide hydrogel injection，and underwent endoscope assisted surgery．all patients were followed up for 6 months．T In the eases of benign desease，initial exposure through the breast periareolar incision．A 10-mm 30 degrees laparoscope was introduced through the breast incision A separate stab incision in the lower aspect of the axilla was used for introduction of the 5-mm Harmonic shears(Ethieon Endo-Surgery，Ine，Cincinnati，OH)．A grasping forceps Was introduced through the main incision alongside the endoscope．For malignant tumor and lymphonodes desection，A stab incision was espectively at the middle of muscle pectoral major and latissimus dorsi muscle．Subsequent axillary dissection was performed laparoscopically，and the axillary content was removed through the breast incision．aesthetic result，the complications were assessed．Intraoperative bleeding and dissection injury were markedly decreased．RESULTS：There was no hematoma，seroma and infection except for one case with partial poor incision healing．1 6 cases were followed-up for six months to one year．Only one case developed fibrous capsular contracture Baker Ii)．Good results achieved in all the other cases．CONCLUSIONS：Endoscope assisted breast augmentation cfln reduce the pain，bleeding and tissue injury．It can also help to put implants to fight position．
