不同靶浓度异丙酚对七氟醚最低肺泡有效浓度(MAC)的影响

  目的:近年来随着社会对医疗效率要求的不断提高,以及短效麻醉药在临床上的广泛应用,"快通道麻醉"应运而生。七氟醚和异丙酚均具有诱导迅速、苏醒快等优点,是实施"快通道"麻醉的理想药物。两者联合使用可减少吸入麻醉药的用量并改善心血管的稳定性,同时减少七氟醚麻醉后的恶心和呕吐发生率,为临床提供满意的麻醉效果。但是,异丙酚能在多大程度上降低七氟醚的最低肺泡有效浓度(MAC)以减少两者复合使用中七氟醚的用量,异丙酚能在多大程度上抑制切皮时的交感神经反应,以及七氟醚和异丙酚的相互作用如何,尚少见报道。据此,本研究拟观察靶控输注不同浓度的异丙酚对七氟醚切皮时最低肺泡有效浓度(MAC)和交感神经反射的影响,探讨两者之间的相互作用,为临床麻醉提供理论依据。
