Rice black-streaked dwarf virus (RBSDV), a member of the genus Fijivirus within the family Reoviridae, contained 10 segments of double stranded RNA genome, in which S7 and S9 are bicistronic RNA encoding two non-overlapping ORFs.p7a and p7b encoded by S7 as well as p9a and p9b encoded by S9 are non-structural preteins.
