高能效低氮预热预分解系统及先进烧成技术研发应用

研发了以六级预热器、低氮分解炉、两档短窑、中置辊破冷却机为典型代表的烧成技术,集成应用在水泥窑烧成系统上,达到了低能耗的技术指标,可比熟料热耗≤640kcal/kg.cl,可比标煤耗≤91.4kgce/t.cl,自脱硝效率≥50%,与能耗限额标准新建企业的准入值相比节煤率10%以上,在河南孟电、印尼BOSWA、沙特UCIC等多个项目中成功应用,节能减排效果显著,实现了有竞争力的先进烧成技术推广应用.
