目前铁路企业补充医疗保险的管理模式大多为铁路局根据自身特点制订相应政策,自主管理,补助的对象一般包括职工、退休人员和职工供养直系亲属等.对上海局企业补充医疗保险的工作进行了现状，分析了上海局企业补充医疗保险存在的主要问题，并对解决当前问题的对策进行了思考。
