复合材料修补结构的渐进损伤分析研究

  基于Mayes模型提出了一种材料层压板的刚度退化方法,同时以连续介质损伤力学为基础,在损伤复合材料的本构方程中引入损伤状态变量以模拟复合材料承载能力的降低作为另一种方法。而补片与母板之间的胶层则采用粘聚区模型来模拟损伤的产生与演化。以带中心孔拉伸试件为对象,在完成有限元网格划分与单元选取的适应性研究后,完成了两种渐进损伤分析方法的对比研究,并用复合材料修补试验件做了进一步验证。研究结果表明,基于折减材料弹性常数的渐进损伤分析模型可以作为复合材料修补结构强度分析的基本模型,补片参数对修补结构的影响效果不同。研究结果可以为复合材料层压板修补结构设计提供参考。
