部分优秀110米栏运动员跨栏步摆动腿技术特征分析

【摘要】

：

为了更深入地理解男子110米栏摆动腿跨栏步技术特征,寻找更有效的专项训练手段,本文利用高速摄像摄影和运动解析系统对5名优秀短跨运动员摆动腿跨栏步技术进行分析.经研究发现:1、高水平男子短跨运动员在下栏过程中无需刻意强调摆动腿着地点与重心之间的水平距离;2、高水平男子短跨运动员需要增强下肢髋膝踝三关节的力量来提高三关节的刚度,踝关节的刚度是提高的重点;3、高水平男子短跨运动员需要同时增强摆动腿和起跨
