为建立维生素C注射液细菌内毒素检查的常规方法,本文进行了干扰初筛试验与干扰试验.结果表明,维生素C注射液对鲎试验的干扰性质为抑制作用,样品稀释20倍后,抑制作用可消除.
本文选择无极膏中含量较大,且不易挥发的水杨酸甲酯作为考察对象,采用高效液相色谱法考察了无极膏三年留样中降解物变化.结果表明,在无极膏3年有效期内,其降解均未发现超过2﹪.
