The electrospun nanofiber photocatalysts are deemed potentially good candidates for practical applications.In this manuscript, one-dimensional BiFeO3-TiO2 heteroarchitecture nanofibers with high visible-light photocatalytic activity have been successfully obtained by a simple combination of electrospinning technique and hydrothermal process.The as-obtained products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM),energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV-vis spectra, PL spectra and photocurrent measurement etc.
