基于click反应的细胞新生成蛋白成像分析方法

  研究细胞中新生成蛋白质的分布和含量的动态变化具有重要意义。通过click 反应标记有机小分子染料对新生成蛋白质的分布进行成像是目前广泛采用的方法。[1]相比有机小分子荧光染料,金属配合物具有室温下三线态光量子效率高、stokes 位移大、发射波长易调节、光化学稳定性好等优点。[2]我们合成了一种铱配合物染料用于细胞新生成蛋白的成像和定量。
