东南极DT401冰芯物质沉积对1000年来气候事件的响应

  1999/2000年中国第15次南极科学考察队在东南极DT401点钻取了一支长102.65m的冰芯,通过对其中包含的近1000年来积累率记录的分析得知,在"小冰期"事件持续时段内DT401冰芯积累率显著低于"中世纪暖期".各种化学离子在该时段内的分布均指示"小冰期"事件在DT401地区可能是存在的.其中Na+、Mg2+海盐源离子的浓度在"小冰期"时段的浓度和波动幅度均高于"中世纪暖期",可能与寒冷气候条件下南极周边海域海冰面积的增大,海盐气溶胶的输入量增加有关.C1-和NO3-离子在"小冰期"时段内呈现显著地降低趋势,与"小冰期"时段内更低的积累率导致的更强的物质挥发有关.南极冰盖不同冰芯记录的过去1000年内,火山喷发物质气溶胶(nss-SO42-)沉积通量与Tambora事件的通量比(F/FT)在1500AD前后表现出显著的差异,1500AD之前的分布空间差异大,之后则相反.这与不同气候条件下,火山喷发物质向南极冰盖的传输机制差异有关.NO3-离子波动表现出较为显著的太阳活动周期(24-yr,102-yr),另外对几次太阳活动异常事件的反应也较为显著.
