高校艺术教育是针对全体学生所进行的素质教育的重要组成部分,是实施美育的主要途径。高校作为大学生步入社会的最后一个阶段,肩负提高学生艺术素质的重大责任。延边大学是一所具有鲜明民族特色的综合性大学,是国家“211工程”重点建设大学、西部开发重点建设院校。延边大学自身的特性决定了它的艺术教育开展之路与普通高校有所不同,更具有研究价值。笔者通过翻阅文献资料、借助互联网,对比了国内外部分高校实施公共艺术教育的内容和方法,分析发现我国在素质教育背景下开展艺术教育过程中所面临的现状和困境。运用问卷调查、走访学校相关部门、电话访问等方法,对延边大学非艺术类学生的艺术素质现状进行了了解分析。依据在普通高校开展艺术教育应遵循的三个基本原则,笔者提出了针对延边大学学生艺术素质提高的途径。
Art education in colleges and universities is an important component of quality education for all students and is the main way to implement aesthetic education. Colleges and universities, as the last stage of college students entering the society, shoulder the great responsibility of improving the artistic quality of students. Yanbian University is a comprehensive university with distinct national characteristics. It is a key national “211 Project” key construction university and a key construction university in western China. Yanbian University’s own characteristics determine its art education to carry out the road with ordinary colleges and universities are different, more research value. The author compares the contents and methods of implementing public art education in some colleges both at home and abroad by referring to the literature and using the Internet and analyzes the current situation and the predicament faced by our country in carrying out art education in the context of quality education. By means of questionnaires, visits to relevant departments of the school and telephone interviews, the status quo of non-art students in Yanbian University was analyzed. According to the three basic principles that should be followed in art education in colleges and universities, the author puts forward some approaches to improve the artistic quality of Yanbian University students.
