美国空军研究实验室与MalltechLLC公司合作开发一种成本相当低、中碳马氏体钢,其拉伸强度为1932~2242MPa,屈服强度1520~1794MPa,延伸率11%~16%,Charpy缺口冲击韧性31~48J,其力学性能与Co-Ni-Mo高温合金、AerMet 100和Marage 250相似。这种钢的成尔(%):Cu≤0.6,Si/Cu=1.5~2.5,Ni=3.5~4.5,Cr=1.20~1.48,V=0.24~0.32。钢的成本与300M,H11,H13,4340和4350钢相当,但韧性高得多。
The US Air Force Research Laboratory and Malltech LLC have developed a relatively low cost, medium carbon martensitic steel with a tensile strength of 1932-2242 MPa, yield strength of 1520-1794 MPa, elongation of 11-16%, Charpy notched impact toughness 31 ~ 48J, its mechanical properties and Co-Ni-Mo superalloy, AerMet 100 and Marage 250 similar. The percent (%) of such steel is Cu≤0.6, Si / Cu = 1.5-2.5, Ni = 3.5-4.5, Cr = 1.20-1.48, and V = 0.24-0.32. The cost of steel is comparable to that of 300M, H11, H13, 4340 and 4350 but much higher toughness.
