目的通过对健康人群麻疹抗体水平监测,掌握罗平县麻疹疫苗接种情况和健康人群麻疹免疫抗体水平状况,及时发现高危人群,为控制和消除全县麻疹工作提供科学依据。方法按照《云南省麻疹等疫苗针对疾病人群抗体水平监测实施方案》,采取分层整群抽样的方法,对全县12个乡镇采集8个年龄组健康人群血清标本,同时采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)捕捉法测定麻疹IgG抗体。结果 2012年-2014年共检测健康人群血清1 187人份,麻疹IgG抗体阳性1 146人份,阳性率96.55%(1 146/1 187);麻疹IgG抗体保护率达89.22%(1 059/1 187)。2012年-2014年抗体阳性率分别为95.34%,99.22%,95.19%;抗体保护率为86.79%,96.36%,84.86%。不同年龄组间抗体阳性率的比较有显著性差异(χ~2=49.30,P<0.005);不同性别抗体水平差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.13,P>0.05);有、无麻疹疫苗免疫史人群麻疹Ig G抗体阳性率之间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.55,P>0.05)。结论罗平县从总体上形成了麻疹群体免疫屏障,应确保适龄儿童麻疹疫苗常规免疫2剂接种率达到95%以上,并有计划地对外来人口进行免疫接种,通过各种监测适实开展强化免疫消除易感人群。
Objective To detect measles antibody levels in healthy population, grasp the measles vaccination status and measles immune antibody level in healthy population, detect the high-risk population in time and provide a scientific basis for the control and elimination of measles in the county. Methods According to the “Yunnan province measles and other vaccines against disease patients antibody levels monitoring program”, stratified cluster sampling method to 12 townships in the county collected 8 age groups healthy people serum samples, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) capture method for measles IgG antibody. Results A total of 1 187 human serum samples from healthy population were collected from 2012 to 2014. The positive rate of measles IgG antibody was 1 146 and the positive rate was 96.55% (1 146/1 187). The protection rate of measles IgG antibody was 89.22% (1 059/1 187). The positive rates of antibody between 2012 and 2014 were 95.34%, 99.22% and 95.19%, respectively. The antibody protection rates were 86.79%, 96.36% and 84.86%. There were significant differences in antibody positive rates among different age groups (χ ~ 2 = 49.30, P <0.005). There was no significant difference in antibody levels between different sex groups (χ ~ 2 = 0.13, P> 0.05) There was no significant difference in the positive rate of measles Ig G antibody between the two groups (χ ~ 2 = 0.55, P> 0.05). Conclusion The overall immune barrier of measles population has been formed in Luo-ping County. The coverage rate of regular 2-dose measles vaccine should reach over 95% for children of the same age. In addition, immunization should be carried out to foreign population in a planned manner. Eliminate susceptible people.
