本文用淋巴细胞浓集法进行外周血淋巴细胞微核测定,检查了某厂从事开放型电离辐射作业的30名工作人员淋巴细胞微核率。结果微核率为0.7‰,30名不接触电离辐射的对照组为0.23‰,95%可信区间为0.06—0.40‰。微核检出率47%,对照组为23%。两组微核率用Kastenbaum和Bowman法检验,有显著性差异。微核验出率经U检验,亦有显著差异,表明在低于最大容许剂量的条件下,淋巴细胞微核率仍有明显增加,可作为较早较敏感的生物学监测指标。
In this paper, peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus assay was performed by lymphocyte concentration method and the micronucleus rate of lymphocytes in 30 workers engaged in open-type ionizing radiation in a factory was examined. Results The micronucleus rate was 0.7 ‰. The control group of 30 non-contact ionizing radiation was 0.23 ‰ and the 95% confidence interval was 0.06-0.40 ‰. The detection rate of micronuclei was 47% and that of control group was 23%. The two groups of micronucleus rate using the Kastenbaum and Bowman test, a significant difference. The micronucleus test rate by U test, there are significant differences, indicating that below the maximum allowable dose of lymphocyte micronucleus rate is still significantly increased, as an earlier and more sensitive biological monitoring indicators.
