研究了微量元素Zr的添加方式对喷射沉积超高强铝合金性能的影响。金相显微镜、扫描电镜和拉伸试验结果表明,采用Al-Zr中间合金形式加入到铝合金中的合金组织中存在粗大的Al-Zr未溶相,尺寸在5~30μm之间,一般呈长条形,且中间合金中Zr含量越多,未溶的Al-Zr相越多越粗大;若采用Zr颗粒的形式加入铝合金中,则铝合金组织中未出现未溶相;拉伸断口分析表明,粗大的Al-Zr未溶相成为裂纹的萌生处,严重影响铝合金的力学性能。拉伸试验结果表明,以Al-Zr中间合金形式加入,合金的抗拉强度只有710MPa,伸长率为3.5%;以Zr颗粒方式加入,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到了820MPa和5%。
The effect of Zr addition on the properties of spray-deposited ultra-high strength aluminum alloy was studied.
