The recently released draft amendments to the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) have revised some of the more vague provisions relating to aircraft technology files, including how digitized records should fit and how long certain records should be kept. Among them, the Notice of Revision of Proposed Acts (NPA) issued on February 7 has been revised in relation to section MA305 of the EASAM Department on the “Continuing Airworthiness Recording System for Aircraft”, including how to properly use the “ (LLP) ”and “ in-service life pieces ”
