目的:为赪桐的鉴别和开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用性状鉴别和显微鉴别。结果:根皮层有含晶石细胞断续排列成环;茎皮层外侧有厚角组织,韧皮部外侧纤维断续排列成环,皮层、韧皮部及髓部可见含晶石细胞;叶主脉维管束外韧型,5~7束断续排列成环。结论:上述特征对赪桐药材鉴别有参考意义。
Objective: To provide a scientific basis for the identification and development and utilization of Davidia involucrata. Methods: Character identification and microscopic identification. Results: The cortical cells in the root cortex were intermittently arranged in a ring; the outer part of the stem cortex had a thick horny tissue, the fibers in the lateral part of the phloem were intermittently arranged in a ring, the cristobal cells were seen in the cortex, phloem and pulp; Tough, 5 to 7 intermittent arranged in a ring. Conclusion: The above characteristics of Davidia involucrata identification of reference.
