基于前文结果,本实验用了656只大鼠来研究实验结果的稳定性、两种药物合并使用、延迟用药以及经口投药的效果。结果表明,有益的效果能多次重现。但单—NaHCO_3的效果不如 Tiron 那么稳定。Tiron 和 NaHCO_3两药复合使用比任何单一药物都好。作者期待以 Tiron 的化学结构为基础合成新的螫合剂以用于锕系其它核素的促排。
Based on the previous results, 656 rats were used in this study to study the stability of the experimental results, the combined use of the two drugs, delayed administration and the effect of oral administration. The results show that beneficial effects can be repeated many times. However, the effect of mono-NaHCO 3 is not as stable as Tiron. Tiron and NaHCO_3 two drugs used in combination than any single drug are good. The authors look forward to synthesizing new chelating agents based on Tiron’s chemical structure for the promotion of actinide-based other nuclides.
