分析了游梁抽油机用电机额定功率计算公式存在的问题,认为应采用曲柄轴扭矩的均方根值与平均值之比来定义周期载荷系数.文章指出,周期载荷系数对所需电机额定功率有较大影响,对实际消耗的有功功率影响较小,在评价节能效果时应用有功功率的节省量,不能采用额定功率的节省量.文章给出了游梁抽油机在某一工况下电机额定功率的计算公式以及满载工况下配备电机额定功率的方法.光杆功率与电机额定功率的合理比值随抽油泵泵径而变化,约在0.15~0.5之间.
The problems existing in the formula for calculating the motor rated power of the beam pumping unit are analyzed. It is suggested that the ratio of root mean squared average value to crankshaft torque should be used to define the periodic load factor. The article points out that the periodic load coefficient has a great influence on the rated power of the motor, which has a small impact on the actual active power consumption. When calculating the energy saving effect, the active power saving should be applied and the rated power saving can not be adopted. The article gives the calculation formula of the motor rated power of the beam pumping unit in a certain working condition and the method of equipping the rated power of the motor under full load condition. Optical rod power and motor rated power ratio with the pump diameter and pumping changes, about 0.15 ~ 0.5.
