高纯锡中杂质元素的定量分析,国内外采用了质谱法、中子活化法、化学光谱法、比色法、原子吸收法、极谱法等。直接光谱法测定纯度为99.99~99.999%的锡中杂质元素的方法未见报导。在高纯锡生产过程中,常需分析铅、铜、铋、锑等元素。我们在直接光谱测定锡中铅、铜、铋、银的控制分析经验基础上,应用正交试验法安排实验程序,对影响谱线黑度的电流强度、电极形状、光栏、狭缝诸因素进行了研究,取得了
