筑府办函[2015]192号各区、市、县人民政府,高新开发区、经济技术开发区、贵阳综合保税区、贵州双龙航空港经济区管委会:《贵阳市微型消防站建设工作方案》已经市人民政府研究同意,现印发给你们,请认真遵照执行。2015年12月18日贵阳市微型消防站建设工作方案依据《中华人民共和国消防法》有关规定,按照公安部、国家发展改革委、民政部、财政部、人力资源社会保障部《关于积极促进志愿消防队伍发展的指导意见》(公通字[2012]61号)要求,为认真贯彻落实《贵州省今冬明春火灾防控工作方案》,推进全市微型消防站建设,建立完善以公安消防现役队为主体,以专职消防队、志愿消防队为基础的三级灭火救援响应体系,有效缓解我市现有消防力量无法满足全面覆盖城市建成
