为研究不同品种谷子抗低氮胁迫能力,以12个品种谷子幼苗为试验材料,分别用氮浓度为5.0mmol/L和0.1mmol/L的营养液浇灌对照组与低氮组,在蛭石中培养1个月后测量苗高、根长、生物量、氮累积量、氮利用效率和耐低氮指数。结果表明,随着低氮胁迫的进行,12个谷子品种的生长受显著影响,但品种间受低氮胁迫的程度不同,与对照组相比,各品种的苗高、生物量、氮累积量均有不同程度的降低;氮利用效率升高;根长有的降低有的升高。通过隶属函数综合分析,冀谷31、龙谷31为耐低氮胁迫基因型。这对不同地区选择耐低氮的夏谷品种具有一定的指导意义。
In order to study the anti-nitrogen-deficient ability of different varieties of millet, 12 varieties of millet seedlings were used as test materials, and the control group and the low-nitrogen group were drenched with nutrient solution of 5.0 mmol / L and 0.1 mmol / L respectively, One month after the cultivation, seedling height, root length, biomass, nitrogen accumulation, nitrogen use efficiency and low nitrogen tolerance index were measured.
