本文介绍了大连市由于工农业集中超量开采地下水,迫使地下水位下降,破坏了咸淡水的动平衡,造成海水不同程度的入侵及地下水中氯含量不断增高的严重情况。文中指出防治海水入侵应以防为主,防治结合。其措施宜区域逐级拦蓄,沿海控制水位,采取建阻水屏障,限制开采量,定期停采或轮采,以及人工回灌等,一切措施的保证是完善法制管理。
This article introduces the serious situation that Dalian City concentrated over-exploitation of groundwater due to concentrated industrial and agricultural work, forcing the groundwater level to drop, destroying the dynamic balance of fresh and brackish water, causing different degrees of seawater intrusion, and continuously increasing the chlorine content in groundwater. The article pointed out that the prevention and treatment of sea water invasion should be based on prevention and control combined. The measures should be the region level interception, the coastal water level control, to take to build a barrier, limit the amount of exploitation, regular mining or mining, and artificial recharge, all measures of guarantee is to improve the legal management.
