结合企业提升武器装备质量稳定性的需求,建立波动管理模式、技术体系、评价体系、支撑平台,形成波动管理通用规范、推荐实践指南;对接企业制造执行系统(MES)开发波动管理软件,实现QFD、FMEA、DOE、SPC、MSA等质量工具集成、波动管理流程控制、统计分析及在线监控;针对XX系列飞机载机、刹车系统、螺旋桨系统的关键工序开展工程应用,显著提升制造过程质量一致性和稳定性。为解决研制向批产转移质量控制难题,提供系统完整的解决方案及技术支撑,夯实国防科技工业全面推广实施波动管理的技术基础。 In combination with the demand of enterprises to improve the quality and stability of their armaments and equipment, a fluctuation management model, a technology system, an evaluation system and a support platform were established to guide the establishment of a common volatility management standard and recommend practical guidelines. Docking enterprise manufacturing execution system (MES) was developed for volatility management software to realize QFD , FMEA, DOE, SPC, MSA and other quality tools integration, volatility management process control, statistical analysis and on-line monitoring; for XX series aircraft carrier, brake system, propeller system, the key processes for engineering applications, significantly improve manufacturing process quality consistency And stability. In order to solve the difficult problem of mass production and transfer quality control from development to provide a complete system solution and technical support, consolidating the technical basis for national defense science and technology industry to comprehensively promote the implementation of volatility management.
