一、前言柴油机吸气和压缩行程所产生的旋转、扰动等空气流动对燃烧特性有着很大的影响,为了提高整机性能,必须积极地利用这些空气流动。特別是对小型中高速柴油机来说,由于必须谋求有效地利用燃烧室内的空气,缩短燃烧时间,因此,涡流强度和喷射特性匹配后如何大大地提高左右整机性能。为此,必须掌握影响涡流效果的匹配因素——即涡流扰动下的喷雾距离、喷雾角度的变化、冲击燃烧室壁的喷雾状态及不同的喷孔数目。
I. INTRODUCTION The air flow caused by the rotation and disturbance of the suction and compression stroke of diesel engine has a great influence on the combustion characteristics. In order to improve the performance of the whole machine, these air flows must be actively used. Especially for small medium-high speed diesel engines, the air inside the combustion chamber must be used effectively to shorten the combustion time. Therefore, how to greatly improve the overall performance of the whole machine after the matching of the eddy current intensity and the injection characteristics is achieved. To do this, it is necessary to know the matching factors that affect the eddy current effect - namely, the spray distance under eddy current disturbance, the change of the spray angle, the spray state of the wall of the impinging combustion chamber and the number of different spray holes.
