各市、县(市、区)党委和人民政府,省直属各单位: 省委组织部、省委老干部局、省财政厅、省人事厅、省劳动保障厅、省国资委《关于进一步加强我省国有改制和破产企业离休干部管理服务工作的意见》已经省委、省政府同意,现转发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。广大国有企业离休干部为我国的革命、建设、改革事业,为国有企业的建立和发展作出了重要贡献,是党和国家的宝贵财富。关心照顾好国有企业离休干部特别是改制和破产企业的离休干部,使他们安度晚年,是各级党委、政府和国有企业应尽的责任和义务。各级党委和政府以及有关国有企业,要按照中央有关指示精神,从树立和落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的高度出发,着眼于维护改革发展稳定的大局,高度重视并积极做好国有改制和破产企业离体干部管理服务工作,采取切实可行的措施,确保企业离休干部政治、生活待遇落到实处。
