城市轨道交通工程中,车站周边的空间利用率问题逐渐受到重视,充分利用地铁车站上方空间建造商业体的案例层出不穷。本文针对地上、地下钢筋混凝土结构在计算原理及模式上的差异,结合上海市轨道交通某车站地下两层主体结构与地上三层办公用房合建工程,探讨采用PKPM结构软件与SAP2000软件分别独立建模并传导荷载之后独立计算的方法,完成车站空间结构模型建立,实现地上、地下结构的准确计算。
In the urban rail transit project, the space utilization ratio around the station has been paid more and more attention. The case of making full use of commercial space above the subway station is emerging in an endless stream.
