在国家发展改革委的大力指导支持下,上海市发展改革委认真贯彻落实中发28号文件精神,立足上海市总部经济集中、金融贸易发达等实际,超前谋划,超前转型,超前探索,切实加强事中事后监管,不断创新价格监管和反垄断工作方式,持续提升监管效能。2013年至2016年6月,全市累计查处价格违法案件1062件,实施经济制裁总额3.9亿元。其中,退还消费者1.4亿元,为新常态下上海建设“四个中心”贡献了力量。
With the strong guidance from the National Development and Reform Commission, the Shanghai Development and Reform Commission conscientiously implemented the spirit of document No. 28 of the CPC Central Committee, earnestly planned ahead of schedule, advanced exploration, and earnestly strengthened its work based on the actual situation of centralized headquarters in Shanghai and advanced financial trade.
