During the rolling production of X52, X60 and X70 continuous casting mills in Asia Speed Steel, a comprehensive analysis method was used to determine the optimum value of the parameters to ensure that the defect rate of the products was reduced. A continuous stream of 287 furnaces was used as research material, on the basis of which a database was created which included the production parameters, the quality of the slab and rolled sheet and the main elements of the chemical composition, their proportions and hydrogen content.
