我国乳制品质量安全的总体情况近几年,我国高度重视乳制品的质量安全,政府一直将食品特别是乳制品安全作为重大的民生问题和社会问题。为了保证乳制品安全,国家出台了《食品安全法》对食品安全进行监管,并在此基础上制定了专门针对乳制品的有关的法律法规,如《乳品质量安全监管条例》、《奶业整顿和镇振兴发展纲要》、《国务院进一步加强乳制品质量安全的决定》等,这些文件都要求国务院有关部门进一步加强乳制品的监管工作。
