[目的]进一步明确乙霉威在黄瓜中的农药残留特征及残留降解规律,为制定残留限量提供依据。[方法]采用高效液相色谱方法,对乙霉威在黄瓜和土壤中的残留消解动态及最终残留量进行研究,并对其在黄瓜上的安全使用进行评价。[结果]消解动态试验结果表明:乙霉威在黄瓜中的半衰期为0.7~4.4 d,在土壤中的半衰期为0.4~2.7 d。[结论]26%嘧霉胺·乙霉威水分散粒剂在黄瓜上用于防治黄瓜灰霉病,以乙霉威346、520 g a.i./hm~2连续喷药3~4次,安全间隔期3 d,黄瓜中乙霉威残留量低于食品中农药最大残留限量国家标准要求(5.0 mg/kg)。
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to further clarify the pesticide residue characteristics and residue degradation rules of carbaryl in cucumber and provide the basis for formulating residue limits. [Method] Residual digestion dynamics and final residues of diethylcarbamazepan in cucumber and soil were studied by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and its safe use on cucumber was evaluated. [Conclusion] The 26% pyrimethanil and diethylmethacrylate water dispersible granule was used on cucumber to control gray mold disease in cucumber.
